The unit has 26 votes to cast and that vote has been proportionally adjusted based on the actual voting results posted at the GNOGSU website:

"Delegates and Vote for the Open Forum at International

James Heneghan was elected as the delegate to this forum where he will cast the unit’s vote on the Constitutional Amendment.    Everyone who attended the meeting was given a complete copy of the proposed amendment and allowed to read it over before voting.  The vote was taken and the results were 21 against and 1 for.  Vincent Saltaformaggio will be the alternate delegate and will vote if Jim is unable to attend."
