"In June each member who is present at the SCCU rally will vote by secret ballot (one vote per rig but 1/2 vote for each person of a couple) on a proposed WBCCI Constitutional amendment regarding whether owners of Class A motorhomes (made by the Four Winds subsidiary of the Thor RV parent company of Airstream), should be allowed into WBCCI.   This motion comes because Airstream has ceased production of all class A motorhomes.  Please read the Blue Beret and other information available to become aware of the merits of the motion. Our unit Bylaws state that members have to be present to vote.  Our votes will be cast in Perry, Georgia this summer so our delegate, Fred Ettline, will vote according to the split vote outcome of the SCCU secret ballot."

That's an interesting concept!  Two half votes per rig!  That would have avoided the Charter Oak outburst -- where a husband and wife disagreed and the husband took the vote leaving his wife a little bit more than just upset.  I think we'll funnel this one back to Charter Oak...  Isn't it nice to see the IBT not only dividing members and units -- now they're splitting up married couples too!

WAY TO GO BOYZ!

Actually, I like this voting method -- well as long as my wife's vote never negates MY vote! :o   Hmm...  I wonder if any IBT types have been sending Four Winds fliers to my wife, trying to gain her support for their SOB MoHos??  :D
