The Michigan Unit will hold it's vote on the Four Winds amendment at their June Rally in Saline, Michigan.  The Business meeting where the vote will be held will start at 10:30am on Saturday, June 9th.  Prior to the Business Meeting, there will be an open "Round Table" discussion at 8:00pm on Wednesday, June 6th and a Board Meeting at 10:30am on Thursday, June 7th, so there will be ample time to discuss this motion prior to the actual vote.

There was spirited discussion at the Michigan Unit Rally about the MH issue.  Without going into all of the gory details, I will just note that the Michigan Unit will cast 98 votes "for" and 19 votes "against" the MH motion, assuming they round in the favor of the majority.  But no one at the Business Meeting expected that the MH motion will be voted upon by the Delegate's in it's current form.  Pretty much everyone expected it to be modifed before the Delegate's vote.  Because of this they also voted to allow our Delegate to vote "his/her conscience" if the MH Motion is amended at the Delagate's Meeting.
