Hey hey hey...

Looks like there was a race to get the Mid-Winter IBT package to me.  I now have TWO copies of everything in my email, and that's not the two copies I've been promised.

They all go online tonight.  What international leadership doesn't want everyone to see (they could have emailed everyone in the club with a link), we'll make available -- MEMBER'S RIGHTS!

The public disclosure will require a log-in.  I'll only put these documents online in Wally's Inside Track (boy is he rolling in his grave)...

The club-wide emails I'll be sending out with commentary will provide a non-login link.

EVERY MEMBER should have been sent this package as it pretty much forecasts this clubs ultimate demise.  Wait until you see what this group is willing to give up in amendments #s 12 & 13 -- it's a disgrace.

Oh, and don't forget the International Dues going from $55 to $75 in motion# 14.  At 6600 members that will generate nearly a half million dollars, but at 4000 members it will only generate 300,000.00, and that's $60,000.00 less then they generate from dues now.

Don't think this club is headed for 4,000 members.  Watch what happens when they raise dues to $75 -- just watch...  Do you think the membership is going to continue to fund their Great North American Tour?  Like hell they are...

How come the cartel can give the past ip a life membership upon completion of a term reflecting poor performance and NOT give one to such outstanding members like Pee Wee who has given years of fine service to the club??

If the dues go to $75, you can color me gone at the end of 2009, along with most of my friends.

It is not that I can not afford $75.  It is the fact thatI get virtually nothing from the $55 that I pay now and that no one in the top tier is willing to give up their perks.

A fairly substantial group of us  has already discussed doing our own thing with forum-style rallies and informal caravans.  Right now, we have 6 unit rallies a year.  We can have 10 informal get-togethers a year, a caravan or two, have more fun, and pay nothing.

I think the best thing that can happen is that WBCCI needs to crater and the sooner the better.  Out of the ashes can come a viable informal club.
