New Grievances in 2009
« on: July 17, 2009, 09:49:44 PM »

Some are speculating about the truthfulness of three new grievances being filed in 2009, yet no word has come from these forums.

I second the motion.  Inquiring minds want to know.

The thought occurs to me that this is not nearly the disaster the last go-around was.  Last time the grievances were filed by a PIP who initially, at least, had the backing of the EC.

This time the originator is an individual with a checkered history with the WBCCI and who only re-joined a week before he filed the grievances!  He certainly doesn't have the "juice" that the last one did.

Frankly, I imagine the new IP is rolling his eyes and saying, "Why me, Lord?".  Hopefully the E&G committee will pull out their "technicality" magnifying glass and find a reason to make the whole thing go away.

I just have a question, why do people post on public forums for only the benefit of those that already know and do not wish to make disclosure of what they hint at... ???  Not just you Leo, either, it seems to be a popular tease employed by others.  I guess it satisfies on some plane (ah but I didn't get a ticket to board it, LOL! :D)

I debated posting all of that right here because the griever waived his supposed right to privacy (there is no right to privacy).  Then all of a sudden I didn't have to post them, but that doesn't mean that I wasn't going to.  The griever dramatized his wish for public disclosure (sometimes you get what you wish for).

Even though I don't care about my privacy -- hell I've been fighting for public trials just like RRONR calls for -- I'm not going to wage war against these dramatized claims, because everybody sees them for exactly what they are.  Pubic opinion is serving this one extremely well, and the conclusions drawn are, well, hmm, I guess I'll hold my opinion for the moment -- I still need to respond to the EGC... :D

Any better trouble-maker, because that's ALL you're getting?  :-*

I may still post my rebuttal and Kimber's so that the world can see the truth. Some people will throw anything out there to see what sticks. This is the case for Gibson's charges IMHO.

More news coming -- likely tomorrow (I'm swamped all around)...

Some folks would like to believe this issue is closed -- stay tuned...

Oh I'm telling alright, but I'm moving it inside.  To gain access to this full-length feature of Keystone Cops you'll need to log in.  The reveal is moving to Wally's Inside Track (log-in required for board access)...
